Job summary

Bombardier's new Abu Dhabi Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport will deliver advanced MRO capabilities for the Bombardier aircraft portfolio. This role leads daily maintenance operations and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery in the Middle East region.

Based in Abu Dhabi with relocation required, candidates must hold GCAA/EASA Part 66 B1/C licenses and be type-rated on Challenger and Global series, with 8+ years of Bombardier experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Lead and oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations safely and on schedule.
Coordinate manpower, workload, overtime, and task assignments across hangar resources.
Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support to maintenance teams.
Supervise and certify maintenance activities ensuring airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
Mentor, develop and coach team members for technical proficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance operations in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safety and compliance with Bombardier procedures.
Coordinate resources (personnel, tools, materials) for efficient task execution.
Review and sign off maintenance tasks to ensure airworthiness and documentation quality.
