Job summary

Bombardier’s new Abu Dhabi Service Center at Al Bateen Executive Airport will go live in Q1 2027. This flagship MRO facility will support Bombardier’s aircraft portfolio across the Middle East, and the role is based in Abu Dhabi with relocation required.

You will lead daily maintenance operations, coordinate manpower and resources, provide technical leadership, supervise releases to service, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• HOLDER OF GCAA AND/OR EASA Part 66 Aircraft Technician License: B1 and/or C.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in large-scale operations.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily aircraft maintenance operations ensuring safety, quality and on-schedule work.
• Coordinate manpower, workload, overtime, and task assignments across the team.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting to maintenance teams.
• Supervise maintenance activities and certify releases to service.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
