Job summary

Sana Commerce in Dubai seeks an senior Cloud/Platform Architect to shape the target architecture for its multi-tenant SaaS on Azure and guide the move to modular, service-oriented and event-driven patterns.

You will establish architecture principles, guardrails, and collaborate with data, infra, and app teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient designs while mentoring engineers and contributing to governance decisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in software or platform architecture within complex SaaS environments.
• Proven experience evolving monolithic systems toward modular service-oriented or event-driven architectures.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and containerized workloads (AKS/Kubernetes).
• Experience designing and operating multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems scalability, performance, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve the target architecture for Sana Commerce's multi-tenant SaaS platform on Azure.
• Drive transition from monolithic toward modular service-oriented and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Establish pragmatic architecture principles standards and technical guardrails aligned with product strategy.
• Partner with Data Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end platform design.
• Guide service decomposition domain boundaries and secure integration patterns (APIs ERP third-party systems).
