Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or Business.
• 6+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regulatory examinations and thematic reviews, ensuring prompt, effective responses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required documentation.
• Maintain logs and trackers, and provide status updates to the Head of Regulatory Affairs – UAE.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and brief internal stakeholders.
• Act as primary regulator liaison during inspections.
• Manage RFIs; ensure proper logging and supporting documentation.
• Maintain central repository of circulars and notices; enable audits.
