Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Credit Analyst – CIB to prepare and assess credit facility requests. You will analyze data, propose outcomes for approvals, and safeguard asset quality through rigorous evaluation.

You will manage a portfolio, perform ongoing follow-ups with business units, monitor early warning signals, and contribute to Credit Team initiatives including MIS reporting and system checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy / commerce / economics / finance; Master’s degree adds value.
• About 5-8 years banking experience, at least 5 years in Credit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/process credit-related issues/requests from business units with comprehensive analysis & assessment; provide recommendations for approval or rejection.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with regular follow-up to ensure compliance and monitor client commitments.
• Undertake additional projects to support Credit Team activities and perform system checks / MIS reports as directed by Credit Head.
