Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as an IT Business Analyst within an automotive dealership environment.
• Mandatory: Hands-on After-Sales (Service, Workshop & Spare Parts) operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end definition, documentation, and validation of business requirements for ERPNext/DMS and future digital initiatives.
• Map and optimize dealership processes with focus on After-Sales (Service, Workshop & Spare Parts).
• Conduct current vs future state and gap analyses to drive process improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose industry-aligned improvements.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for automotive dealership operations.
• Guide ERPNext/DMS configuration decisions based on dealership standards.
