You will own the customer journey from first enquiry through consultation, quotation, booking, handover and after-sales follow-up, building lasting relationships with enthusiasts, dealerships, and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in automotive services or premium retail.
• Passion for cars and automotive culture.
• Ability to engage enthusiasts and explain services to customers.
• Knowledge of vehicle customization trends preferred.
• Strong consultation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer vehicle, preferences, and budget to recommend services.
• Manage showroom and digital inquiries, provide pricing and options.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, secure bookings, and coordinate payments.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive follow-up and pipeline management.
