Job summary

BDO UAE seeks an experienced audit professional to lead engagements and manage client relationships. The role requires strong technical reviews, planning, and coordination with senior stakeholders across engagements.

With 6+ years post-qualification experience and professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA), you will drive quality, integrity and effective teamwork within a multinational environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-qualification audit experience.
• Big 4 or large multinational experience preferred.
• Professional qualification: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience in planning, executing, and reviewing audit engagements.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-level reviews of complex financial statements and audit engagements.
• Organize and lead preliminary client meetings.
• Review and sign off on audit work ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and review documentation with conclusions, facts, analyses and judgments.
• Present findings to Audit Committees and Boards; lead closing meetings.
• Mentor and appraise team members; manage performance and conflicts.
