A leading multidisciplinary design consultancy with offices across the region is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join their Dubai studio in a senior leadership role. With a strong portfolio of built work across the Middle East, the firm has a well-established landscape division and is looking for a highly capable individual to help drive the next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a chartered landscape architect with 15–20 years of experience to take on a strategic, client-facing position. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, delivering high-quality projects, and securing new work. Prior Middle Eastern project experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead landscape architecture projects from concept design through to completion, ensuring design excellence and technical quality
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and commercial performance
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
• Play a central role in business development, including bid preparation and client relationship management
• Contribute to the overall growth and direction of the landscape division across the region

Candidate Profile:

• Degree-qualified in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline
• Chartered status (CMLI or equivalent) is essential
• 15–20 years of relevant experience, with at least several years in a leadership or associate-level role
• Strong design sensibility coupled with excellent technical delivery skills
• Demonstrable success in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams
• Proven business development and client engagement abilities
• Prior experience on Middle Eastern projects is highly advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
