Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Senior Associate Security Operations for MAF Properties in the UAE. The role coordinates daily security activities across communities, facilities, and common areas, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and shoppers.

You will liaise with Dubai Police, SIRA and Civil Defence, monitor CCTV and access control, and manage incidents, inspections, and service provider performance. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations, corporate security, community security, facilities security, law enforcement, or a similar environment.
• Experience liaising with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defence, and other relevant government authorities.
• Practical experience in incident investigation, security reporting, emergency response, and the use of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.
• Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, visitor management systems, and other security technologies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security operations across assigned communities, facilities, and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct routine inspections, patrol observations, and service quality checks, reporting findings and recommendations to management.
• Monitor security service provider performance, including deployment, attendance, grooming, conduct, and compliance with agreed standards.
• Support the management and escalation of security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and customer security concerns.
• Liaise with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defence, and other relevant authorities on security-related matters and inspections.
• Monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems, ensuring operational readiness.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve security-related issues and complaints.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports, inspection records, performance dashboards, and operational trackers for management review.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Security Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, secure and customer-focused communities by coordinating day-to-day security activities, liaising with internal teams, service providers and relevant authorities, and assisting in the monitoring of security service provider performance. • Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
