Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced Health Informatics professional to lead quality reporting across CMS measures and population health initiatives. You will design data collection workflows, analyze large healthcare datasets, and coordinate with vendors for year-end reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare quality reporting, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of EHR data capture and interoperability standards (FHIR, C-CDA, QRDA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality reporting (ACO, MSSP, REACH, or MIPS).
• 3+ years in value-based care, population health, or quality improvement.
• Deep understanding of CMS quality measures including eCQMs, CAHPS, and Medicare CQMs.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and how data is captured in EHR systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets.
• Experience working with EHR, practice management, or population health platforms.
