Job summary

FAB Asset Management in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior product leader to drive the development of the product range across asset classes, owning pricing, design and profitability. You will manage end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with sales and legal teams, and ensure regulatory alignment for new launches and ongoing range rationalisation.

The role requires 5–10 years in product development or strategy in asset management, with strong market analysis, pricing, and governance skills.

Qualifications

Experience in product development or strategy within asset management or regulated financial services.
Ability to analyse markets, client demand and competitor ranges and define fee structures.
Solid knowledge of investment products, strategies and vehicle structures across asset classes.

Responsibilities

Drive development of FAB Asset Management products across asset classes.
Own product ideation, pricing, feasibility studies and go-to-market strategy.
Lead full product lifecycle from pipeline to launch readiness and rationalisation.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations to support client proposals and filings.
Maintain regulatory awareness of ADGM and CMA frameworks and report on product economics.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver products and manage timelines.
