Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years UAE/Dubai experience as a Draftsman.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency.
• Experience with civil or architectural drawings preferred.
• Shop drawings and as-built drawings experience.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and technical details.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Technical certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and update shop drawings per project requirements.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on completed works.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• Interpret drawings, specifications and technical details.
• Coordinate drawing requirements with engineers and site teams.
• Incorporate revisions and changes into drawings.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.
• Ensure drawings meet project timelines.
• Support construction teams with technical drawing information.
