Job summary

Al Rayan Contracting L.L.C. in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced Draftsman to join its construction team. The role focuses on preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation in line with project requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years UAE/Dubai experience in civil and architectural drafting, strong knowledge of drafting standards, and the ability to coordinate with engineers and project teams. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field and UAE/Dubai experience as a Draftsman (3–4 years).
• Strong command of AutoCAD and ability to produce civil and architectural drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Familiarity with construction drawing standards and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings in line with project requirements.
• Review construction drawings to ensure technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams on drawing updates and revisions.
• Maintain organized documentation of drawings and project records.
• Support ongoing construction activities through accurate drafting solutions.
