Job summary

SDV Consulting Engineers in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural design from concept to detailed design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project deliverables and schedules for a diverse industrial portfolio.

The role requires deep knowledge of UAE building codes, mastery of Revit and BIM workflows, and mentoring of junior staff; prior Abu Dhabi experience and steel/industrial projects are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD; UAE regulations.

• Manage project deliverables, schedules and design quality
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes and authority requirements
• Lead BIM/Revit design development and coordination
• Review and mentor junior architects and technical staff
• Support client presentations, authority submissions, and technical reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills
• Experience working in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred
• Experience with projects related to steel and industrial projects are mandatory
