Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will own architecture decisions, drive production handoffs, and mentor a team of engineers in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

You will work with data platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices while advancing Field Engineering insights for roadmap impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in Python, JS/TS, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Own the data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical depth on critical deployments.
• Partner with the Deployment Strategist to translate client challenges into solutions.
