Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will design agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, manage data lifecycles, and ensure production quality while mentoring other engineers.

You’ll work with LLMs, data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks, and Salesforce APIs, driving outcomes with product and engineering teams across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others.
• Experience embedding LLMs in production and using prompts responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for key customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Mentor engineers and contribute reusable assets and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deployed solutions.
