Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise environments. You’ll work with a Deployment Strategist and a Strategic Builder to ship production-ready capabilities from day one, across configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment.

You’ll build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, integrate with customer systems, and measure business impact.

Qualifications

3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system to discuss.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; willing to expand as needed.
Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain failures and improvements.
Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments.
Own end-to-end components from architecture to production deployment.
Develop data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health and outcomes.
Collaborate with customers and partners to translate challenges into deployable solutions.
Contribute to MVPs and proofs-of-concept that can ship quickly.
