Job summary

SPsoft is seeking a hands-on Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to build and operate production agentic AI systems in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. This is a build-first, on-site role in Abu Dhabi with full-time commitment.

You will own delivery from problem understanding to deployment, debugging, and production support, with strong Python skills and experience delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant software or AI engineering experience.
• Hands-on Python proficiency and production-ready coding ability.
• Experience building and deploying production LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Design and develop production-grade AI services using Python.
• Build LLM and agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and supporting backend services.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Own delivery across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and observability.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in collaboration with on-site teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions clearly.
