Job summary

Black Pearl Consult in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Aquatics Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Aquatics Department. You will drive program participation, utilization, retention, and revenue while upholding premium service standards and safety requirements.

You will mentor coaches and lifeguards, monitor feedback and insights, and ensure full compliance with pool safety and health regulations. Regional UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aquatics coaching.
• 2+ years leading an aquatics program and driving performance.
• 2+ years of experience in pool operations management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Take accountability for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial growth of the Aquatics Program.
• Program Design & Execution: Design and continuously improve learn-to-swim, recreational, developmental, and competitive pathways.
