Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience delivering lessons to a range of abilities.
• Experience in delivering one programme or exit route outside of the Learn to Swim programme.
• Proven experience in a related field with administration and recruitment responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support programme delivery across multiple sites.
• Oversee quality assurance, staff performance, customer engagement, and operational optimisation.
• Manage the area team effectively and uphold company values.
• Assist with recruitment and lead new joiner induction.
• Represent Hamilton Aquatics professionally.
