Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience delivering lessons to a range of abilities.
Experience in delivering one programme or exit route outside of the Learn to Swim programme.
Proven experience in a related field with administration and recruitment responsibilities.

Oversee quality assurance, staff performance, customer engagement, and operational optimisation.
