Job summary

Keansa Solutions - Global is seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect in Dubai to design and deliver scalable Anaplan solutions across enterprise planning functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, model builders, and integration teams to translate requirements into effective models.

The role requires leading end-to-end architecture, designing modules and integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Workday, and mentoring model builders. Knowledge of FP&A processes and ALM is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Anaplan experience.
• Proven experience as an Anaplan Architect / Solution Architect / Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan Model Building, Level 3, ALM, Data Hub, and integrations.
• Experience with Anaplan APIs, Anaplan Connect, Cloud Works, or similar integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, Finance, Supply Chain, or Sales Planning processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Anaplan certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture and design.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan models.
• Design modules, lists, hierarchies, calculations, data flows, and UX.
• Apply Anaplan best practices including PLANS, DISCO, modular design, and performance optimization.
• Design and manage Data Hub, spoke models, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Lead integrations between Anaplan and systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and data warehouses.
• Review existing models and identify opportunities for performance, scalability, and optimization.
• Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Anaplan Model Builders and consultants.
• Support UAT, deployment, production support, and documentation.
