Job summary

Enhance in Dubai is seeking an Analytics Engineer to turn data into insights that improve personal training across partner gyms. You will sit in the Data team and own the models behind PT performance, pricing, and revenue.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Finance and club leadership, shape self-serve reporting, and ensure data trust with tests and documentation, enabling managers to answer their own questions without writing SQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, BI engineering or data analytics with production data models ownership.
• Advanced SQL with window functions and performance tuning.
• Hands-on dbt experience with modular models, tests, and version control.
• Experience with cloud warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift.
• Strong data modelling knowledge (dimensional / star schema) and metrics definition.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the data models for PT packages, sessions, trainer schedules, and revenue.
• Define a single set of core metrics across clubs and trainers.
• Analyse pricing and discounts to understand margin per session and price sensitivity.
• Identify peak demand, idle hours, and capacity gaps to optimise scheduling.
• Contribute to self-serve reporting and dashboards.
• Ensure data quality with tests and documentation.
