Job summary

Enhance is hiring a Junior Analytics Engineer in Dubai to turn data into insights for improving personal training across partner gyms. You’ll join the Data team, learn from senior engineers, and build models and dashboards from day one to answer questions about club performance, sessions, pricing, and revenue.

You’ll collaborate with club managers, PT leads, Operations and Finance, learning through code reviews and growing into more ownership as you progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2-5 years in analytics, BI or data engineering; internships or projects count.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Basic understanding of data modelling and how dashboards are built on top of data.
• Experience with at least one visualization tool (QuickSight/Power BI/Tableau).
• Curiosity and attention to detail; you check numbers and explain changes.
• Clear communication; ability to explain numbers to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data models.
• Write and update transformation models (dbt or similar) for PT packages, sessions, trainer schedules and revenue.
• Apply shared definitions for core metrics such as trainer activity, client retention, and revenue by club and trainer.
• Support pricing analysis; analyze how package price and discounts affect sales and margin.
• Build views of demand by club and time slot and trainer availability for scheduling.
• Create and maintain dashboards used by club managers and PT leads; respond to ad hoc data questions.
• Add tests and documentation; ensure data quality and flag issues before dashboards.
