Job summary
Tanqeeb seeks a senior Data Engineer / Data Analyst to lead analytics for a B2C digital platform on-site in Dubai. You will shape the analytics strategy, build scalable dashboards, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations.
You will translate data into actionable insights, manage cross-functional analytics initiatives, and drive data quality and governance across reporting. Proficient in SQL/Python/R and BI tools is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/Statistics or related field.
- Masters or MBA preferred for seniority.
- 8+ years in data analytics or BI roles; cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data analytics and BI roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify metrics and decision needs.
- Oversee dashboards, reports, and analytics delivery across units.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Data Engineering to maintain scalable pipelines and governance.
