Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in BI/Analytics within banking, strong SQL and Excel, and experience with Power BI or OBIEE. Collaborative, deadline-driven, and able to present to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/Analytics/CS or related field.
• 3+ years in BI/Analytics/Reporting in banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Banking products.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, OBIEE or Business Objects.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Analytical mindset with problem solving and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Source, validate, and maintain data from EDW and other banking systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform ad hoc analytics and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making across Consumer Banking and other bank functions.
• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance packs.
• Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance, and conversion metrics.
• Track and provide insights on digital customer journeys, digital adoption, and sales funnel performance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and stakeholder teams to support strategic projects, regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
• Conduct proactive business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer, sales, and operational outcomes.
