Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Analyst- Reporting & Business Insights to deliver timely, accurate insights through structured reporting on system health, performance, and incidents. You will translate observability data into meaningful dashboards for IT leadership and business decision-making.

The role focuses on MTTR/uptime metrics, SLO/SLI reporting, and driving a data-driven culture within I&O by surfacing trends and recurring issues.

Qualifications

Proficient in BI/observability tools and dashboards.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and integrations with observability platforms.
Deep knowledge of operational KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, alert trends, SLA/SLO adherence, and uptime.
Ability to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies in time-series data.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation of reporting logic.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports tracking observability metrics and incident KPIs.
Produce executive summaries, scorecards, and trend analyses for strategic planning.
Align outputs to ITSM objectives: reliability, availability, and customer impact.
Translate technical data (logs, traces, metrics) into usable business insights with observability specialists.
Track and report on SLO/SLI performance and provide early-warning indicators.
Support capacity planning and forecasting using infrastructure data.
Enable self-service analytics and training on metrics definitions.
