• Minimum 3 years in BI, analytics, reporting, or decision support within banking.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking products, processes, and models.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Business Objects, or similar.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Job Purpose

Support the AVP, Data Analysis & Reporting and Head of Business Governance in delivering analytics, reporting, business intelligence, automation, and decision-support solutions across Consumer Banking and other business units. The role focuses on data-driven insights, ad hoc analysis, CRM lead performance, digital analytics, and reporting automation to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source, validate, and maintain data from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
2. Perform ad hoc analytics and deep-dive analyses to support business decision-making across Consumer Banking and other bank functions.
3. Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance packs.
4. Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Decision Support functions within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Banking products, processes, and business models.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Business Objects, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
