Equiti Group in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Enterprise BI Lead to oversee and optimize business intelligence efforts. You will design and implement certified semantic models and govern Power BI standards across the organization.

The successful candidate will have over 8 years of experience in analytics, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work with executive stakeholders. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Intelligence / analytics engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrable ownership of an enterprise semantic model.

Responsibilities

• Design and build certified gold semantic models.
• Define and enforce Power BI standards.
• Deliver flagship executive reporting.
• Lead migration of legacy reports.
• Optimize model and report performance.
• Coach Senior BI Analysts and Data Analysts.
