The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is partnering with an established Abu Dhabi hospitality owner to recruit an Investment Analyst. You will conduct financial modelling, market research and valuation analyses to support strategic investment decisions across hospitality and real estate assets.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a pivotal contributor to five-year plans and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience in hospitality investment, advisory or real estate.
• Middle East market experience preferred.

MRG is partnering with an established hospitality owner and investor in Abu Dhabi, with a portfolio spanning hotel and leisure assets. The organisation offers the opportunity to contribute to investment decisions across hospitality and real estate, combining market intelligence with financial analysis to support acquisitions, expansion and long-term value creation.

The Role

Reporting to the Corporate Director of Investments, you will provide research, financial modelling and valuation analysis to support strategic investment decisions.

From assessing market opportunities and preparing investment proposals to contributing to five-year business plans, you will turn complex information into clear recommendations for senior leadership. This is an opportunity for an analytically strong hospitality investment professional seeking broader exposure to an owner's investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial and valuation models to assess hospitality and real estate investment opportunities.
• Support investment proposals covering acquisitions, joint ventures, expansion, and valuation projects.
• Conduct detailed market research, tracking industry trends, hospitality operators, brand benchmarks and competitor performance.
• Analyse historical and current financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare compelling investment presentations, market assessments and management reports.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, five-year business plans and strategic investment planning.
• Maintain investment databases, benchmarks and performance indicators, working closely with internal teams across the group.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring approximately five to six years of relevant experience, with a strong grounding in hospitality investment analysis, feasibility or advisory work, and demonstrate:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong hospitality and real estate financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Experience gained within a Big Four advisory practice, international property consultancy, hospitality investment team or hotel operator's feasibility function.
• Ideally, Middle East market experience and a sound understanding of hotel operators, brands and commercial performance drivers.
• The ability to translate detailed research and financial analysis into clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
