Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Analyst FP&A to lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support planning and strategic decision-making and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a strong FP&A background, IFRS and UAE tax awareness, and proficiency with SAP, SAC, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver insights that drive business decisions.

Job Objective

The Senior Analyst FP&A will be responsible for preparing and analysing budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The role involves monitoring financial performance, analysing budget variances, managing cost control activities, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support financial planning and strategic business decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within a large or complex organisation.

Key Skills

• Strong capabilities in data collection, interpretation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to process financial information and prepare accurate reports to support business decisions.
• Strong business etiquette, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of change management and the ability to adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Effective document management and financial record-keeping skills.
• Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), and Corporate Tax regulations.
