Job summary

The Adecco Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Analyst - Quantity Surveying for a 15-month contract. You will support cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management on major UAE projects.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering/QS or related field, with 5-7 years of QS experience and proficiency in CostX, MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office; UAE/Middle East experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, quantity surveying or project management.
• RICS qualification/certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant quantity surveying and cost engineering experience.
• Experience in large-scale construction projects (AED 500M+ preferred).
• Proficiency in CostX (or equivalent), MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Middle East construction industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning and commercial management for projects.
• Manage contractor claims, variations, cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Support project closeout and final accounting activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management
• RICS qualification/certification preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant Quantity Surveying and Cost Engineering experience
• Strong experience in construction cost planning, contract administration, commercial management, and project closeout
• Experience managing contractor claims, variations, cost forecasting, and project budgeting
