Job summary

Aarvi Encon seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor in Dubai to manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, valuations, and contract administration to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.

You will prepare, monitor and finalize contract documents, attend meetings, and coordinate with head office on commercial matters. This position requires 8–22 years of relevant experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize contract documents and attend post-contract meetings.
• Monitor project budgets and cost-to-complete (CTC) reports.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and interim/final valuations and process payments.
• Identify variations and changes to the contract and negotiate them with the project team.
• Liaise with project team and head office to support commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project budgets prepare cost-to-complete CTC reports and carry out cost-value reconciliation to keep management informed of project performance
• Conduct site visits for measurement prepare interim and final valuations and follow up on payment certificates and client payments
• Identify variations and changes to the contract in liaison with the project team and prepare submit negotiate and follow up on variations
• Liaise with project team and head office staff attend meetings and support all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle
