Job summary

CryptoproNetwork seeks an experienced MLRO/Deputy MLRO to lead the AML/CTF/PF framework across UAE operations in Dubai. You will oversee regulatory compliance for payment services and digital assets, maintain relationships with UAE regulators, and guide the Board on financial crime risks.

The role requires strong UAE regulatory expertise and a background in cryptocurrency or digital assets. You will develop policies, train staff, and ensure robust controls across all business activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in regulated financial services or regulatory authority/law firm handling AML.
• Experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Understanding UAE AML regulations and payments services legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UAE AML/CTF/PF framework for payments and crypto assets.
• Maintain relationships with UAE regulators (Central Bank, VARA) and provide updates to Board.
• Implement and monitor internal policies and controls for financial crime compliance.
• Provide AML/CTF/PF training to staff and executives.
• Report suspicious activities to FIU and respond to law enforcement requests.
