Emirates Engineering in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to support purchasing of aircraft spares, BFE, tools and retrofit materials for maintenance needs. You will ensure timely sourcing, manage vendor performance, and negotiate terms within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• 10 yrs schooling may be considered with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Industry experience in Supply Chain is preferable (Warehouse and Logistics, Repair Management, Material Planning/Support & Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing).
• Aircraft maintenance spares purchasing experience is preferable. Airlines or MRO work experience will also be considered.
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory systems, models and principles of forecasting, material management.
• Familiar with corresponding repair, warranty, stores, inventory, technical, production and quality interfaces.
• Familiar with aircraft systems including maintenance philosophies, practices, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase limited item group, including BFE and retrofit items.
• Monitor overdue orders, backlogs, and vendor performance against KPIs.
• Review price and lead times with CMU and challenge variances with vendors.
• Clear invoice and stores discrepancies with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Prepare RFQs, shortlist, negotiate quotes, and release POs within approved limits.
