Emirates Engineering in Dubai is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to support sourcing of aircraft spares, BFE, tools and retrofit materials for maintenance and fleet growth. You will work with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimal supplier performance.

Qualifications include extensive supply chain experience, aircraft spares purchasing preference, and familiarity with inventory and forecasting systems.

Qualifications

• 10 years schooling may be considered with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Aircraft spares purchasing experience preferable; Airlines or MRO experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Support timely sourcing, purchasing and borrowing of limited items including BFE and Retrofit/Mod items.
• Assist in meeting objectives of supply chain management to measure overdue orders, backlogs and vendor performance.
• Assist in price and lead time review with CMU and challenge variances with vendors.
• Assist in clearing invoice and stores discrepancies to avoid backlogs and credit holds.
• Prepare and execute RFQs, shortlist and negotiate for best quotes and terms of business within authority.
• Prepare and execute EK Engineering service orders after approved quotations.
• Assist in BFE evaluation for new aircraft deliveries and follow-up on orders.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
