Job summary

Inception42, part of the G42 ecosystem, seeks a Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI Solutions) to shape and validate enterprise AI solutions. You will lead end‑to‑end design, from discovery to rapid prototyping, integrating GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, ML, and Conversational AI into outcome‑led offerings.

You will mentor Solution Engineers, influence product roadmaps, and engage CxO stakeholders with trusted technical leadership across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 14+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solution architecture, or consulting with AI, cloud, or SaaS exposure.
• Hands‑on experience designing large‑scale enterprise AI solutions – including at least one production‑grade GenAI or ML solution.
• Experience in at least one industry: Retail, FSI, Telco, Software Product, or Public Sector/National Security.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI solution design for enterprise engagements across Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, ML, and Conversational AI.
• Lead technical discovery and AI envisioning sessions to uncover customer goals and transformation opportunities.
• Translate capabilities into clear, compelling solution narratives for customers.
• Provide senior technical leadership on RFPs, client workshops, and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Partner with sales, product managers, applied science, and engineering to influence roadmap and ensure smooth handover from pre‑sales to delivery.
