Irisstar in Dubai seeks an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI, Conversational AI, and agentic AI solutions. You will work on LLM-based systems, RAG, and multi-agent architectures across cloud platforms and integrations.

The role requires strong Python/SQL, experience with LangChain, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI, plus knowledge of vector databases and MLOps. Growth through advanced AI training and enterprise projects is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI and LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with RAG, prompt/context engineering, and multi-agent AI.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, Azure AI Search, Neo4j, and Databricks.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and AI security.
• Understanding of AI guardrails, data quality, validation, and KPI validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and offshore development teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
• Build Conversational AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Develop LLM-based solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures.
• Develop AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
• Work with vector databases, Azure AI Search, Neo4j, and Databricks.
• Develop APIs and enterprise integrations using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with Python, SQL, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Apply PyTorch or TensorFlow where required.
• Support Azure-based AI solutions and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and AI guardrails.
• Ensure data quality and perform validation against business rules and KPIs.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, data teams, engineering teams, and offshore developers.
• Support production deployment and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
