Job summary

Halian is seeking a Senior AI GTM Consultant - Public Sector for the Middle East, focusing on AI transformation in government and public sector entities. You will work with senior decision-makers to shape AI strategies, governance, and transformation roadmaps.

You will lead workshops, develop business cases, and support presales while collaborating with delivery teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Regional travel across the Middle East may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or AI/digital transformation.
Proven advisory experience with UAE public sector and GCC region.
Experience shaping AI, ML, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to develop roadmaps, operating models, and executive business cases.
Strong management of C-level stakeholders and government decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Advise government and public sector organisations on AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
Develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
Define value propositions, ROI models, and AI adoption strategies.
Support PoCs, pilots, and strategic transformation initiatives.
