Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) seeks an ambitious professional to drive AI enablement initiatives across ITMAM, coordinating with business and technology stakeholders to identify use cases and clarify requirements. You will ensure solutions align with governance, risk controls and operational priorities.

With 4+ years in banking operations, business analysis or process improvement, you will help prioritize backlogs, support design and testing, and monitor rollout and adoption to deliver

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in banking operations, business analysis, process improvement or project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, CS, data science, AI, IT or related discipline.
• Experience with AI enablement concepts and use cases.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and policy compliance.
• Experience in treasury/investment operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver AI enablement initiatives across ITMAM with stakeholders.
• Prioritize delivery backlogs and ensure feasible, governed solutions.
• Coordinate AI initiatives with ITMAM stakeholders to gather needs and define scope.
• Communicate clearly across business, tech and enablement teams.
• Assess AI opportunities by analyzing processes, data and constraints.
• Support design, testing, and readiness to embed AI into operations.
• Ensure initiatives comply with policies, risk, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology and governance to manage risks.
• Identify improvements to ITMAM processes using AI enablement.
• Support rollout planning, user readiness and post-implementation monitoring.
• Track adoption, performance indicators and issues for continuous improvement across ITMAM.
