Job summary

Dubai Fintech seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead / AI Solution Architect in Dubai to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. You will lead a team of AI developers and data scientists while remaining hands-on in architecture, development, and deployment.

The role requires extensive AI/ML expertise, strong governance and security focus, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to partners and stakeholders. Onsite in Dubai with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/AI/DS/Engineering or related field.
• 14+ years IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/DS.
• Hands-on with agentic AI, LangChain or LangGraph preferred.
• Experience architecting and delivering enterprise AI/ML in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure AI/ML solutions for enterprise environments.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of Generative AI and LLM solutions.
• Mentor AI Developers and Data Scientists, guiding best practices.
• Drive AI governance, security, privacy, and risk management across projects.
