Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced AI Architect to join a high-priority Government project in the UAE. The role focuses on designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, with exposure to ML systems.

You will define end-to-end AI architectures, ensure scalable and secure production-grade capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into architectures.

• Build LLM and RAG architectures including embeddings and vector search.
• Implement governance, guardrails, security, privacy, and Responsible AI.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to join a high-priority Government project in the UAE. The role will focus primarily on designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, with additional exposure to traditional Machine Learning and AI/ML systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end AI architecture, designing scalable and secure enterprise solutions, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end architecture for Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.


• Architect AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.


• Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows, including orchestration, tool integration, memory/context management and human-in-the-loop controls.


• Develop enterprise LLM and RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval, grounding and evaluation.
