Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, SWE, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of software analysis and solution architecture experience.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
• Experience guiding development teams to implement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define system requirements.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements for software solutions.
• Lead workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and align expectations.
• Produce ERD, BRD, SRS and FSD documentation.
• Define high-level solution architectures aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate with PMs to track timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Evaluate technology options for scalability, security, and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Bridge business needs with the software development team.
