Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified aesthetic surgeon to join a premier UAE healthcare facility. The ideal candidate holds Western qualifications (UK/USA/Canada/Australia/NZ/Europe) and will perform advanced cosmetic procedures with emphasis on safety and exceptional patient care.

The role includes comprehensive pre- and postoperative responsibilities, licensing support, and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery or another surgical specialty.
• Europe: Recognized national specialist certification in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Eligibility for UAE licensing authority credential assessment (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
• Current professional registration and Good Standing Certificate where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patients’ aesthetic goals and medical histories.
• Perform aesthetic surgical procedures including facial rejuvenation, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty and other cosmetic procedures.
• Execute body-contouring procedures such as liposuction and abdominoplasty when trained.
• Perform breast aesthetic procedures including augmentation, reduction, lifting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and explain surgical options, risks, recovery, and outcomes.
• Conduct preoperative assessments to ensure medical fitness.
• Obtain informed consent and manage patient expectations.
• Provide postoperative monitoring, wound care, pain management, and follow-up.
• Recognize and manage surgical complications and arrange appropriate referrals.
