Job summary

Emirates in Dubai seeks a Senior Technical Engineer - Adoption and Digital Enablement to lead end-user technology adoption and digital workplace initiatives across EGIT, partnering with business lines to drive measurable outcomes.

You will design robust IT solutions, guide project teams, monitor service levels, and promote AI-enabled and collaboration tools, ensuring security, reliability and alignment with architectural standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultancy and lead in project teams delivering work packages.
• Develop IT solutions that meet customer requirements and align with standards.
• Ensure architecture meets service levels, security and reliability.
• Create and maintain design and deployment documentation and data governance.
• Support end-of-life replacements and manage changes within technology area.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to monitor incidents and drive improvements.
