Job summary

Emirates is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer - Adoption and Digital Enablement to strengthen EGIT. You will deliver expert technical consultancy, design robust IT solutions, and ensure aligned architecture and security standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple IT teams and the creation of clear documentation.

Based in Dubai, you will drive end-user technology adoption, develop training materials, and lead workshops to maximize technology utilization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours (12+3) or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in IT consultancy and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consultancy and guidance to EGIT, leading project work packages.
• Develop IT solutions that meet customer requirements with robust design and quality.
• Ensure architecture/solution meets service levels, availability, security and performance.
• Collaborate with IT technology teams to monitor and incident manage within EMS.
• Publish and maintain documentation, data catalogue, and deployment architectures.
