Job summary

ADGM, through FSRA, seeks a Senior Manager, Actuary, Insurance Supervision to lead the supervision of insurance institutions within the risk-based framework. You will drive actuarial assessments, supervisory reviews, and policy development while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in insurance supervision, strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to regulatory practices, with fluency in business English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Actuarial Science or related numerate discipline.
• Professional actuarial qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a portfolio of insurance institutions under FSRA regulations.
• Lead actuarial and prudential assessments and supervisory reviews.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Director on supervisory strategies.
• Develop and implement supervisory frameworks and policies.
• Provide training to other insurance supervisors within the team.
• Liaise with internal FSRA groups and other stakeholders.
• Deliver projects and manage team performance.
