Job summary

Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) FSRA, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Senior Specialist in Supervision. The role focuses on financial crime prevention within the supervision of banks, insurers, and market participants.

You will assist in implementing the supervisory framework and risk-based approaches to drive effective oversight. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in financial supervision, strong communication skills, and fluency in English with regulatory experience in the UAE context.

Qualifications

• Min 6-8 years of experience in financial supervision or related fields.
• Experience in asset and wealth management, Funds, CFDs and/or Virtual Assets.
• Proficiency in Arabic or other languages and understanding of Arabic culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the supervisory framework and risk-based approach.
• Draft the supervisory work plan and communicate recommendations.
• Oversee ongoing analysis of prudential condition and compliance with Crime Prevention framework.
• Build relationships with regulated institutions and internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and liaise with other FSRA groups as needed.
