Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai seeks an actuarial professional to support pricing development, regulatory filings, and IFRS 17 reporting for life insurance products. The role includes valuations and contributing to management reporting.

The candidate will collaborate with life insurance teams across subsidiaries, prepare experience studies, MI, and ad hoc analyses, while maintaining actuarial models and tools.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of actuarial experience in the UAE / GCC life insurance market.
• Experience in life insurance product pricing and regulatory submissions.
• Experience supporting valuation and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17, including GMM and VFA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of actuarial experience in the UAE / GCC life insurance market.
• Several actuarial examinations successfully completed.
• Experience in life insurance product pricing and regulatory submissions.
• Experience supporting valuation and financial reporting processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17, including GMM and VFA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred hands-on experience with Prophet and Alteryx.
• Strong data analysis, modelling, and reporting capabilities.
