Skatch is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee client accounts in Dubai Jebel Ali. The role requires steering account strategy, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings a decade of managerial experience in a multinational context, with a proven ability to optimize budgets and client profitability while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Key/ Senior/ Junior Account Manager or in an account management role.
• Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zoho HubSpot) and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and written communication.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of customer accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Prepare presentations and sales pitches with sales and marketing teams.
• Develop client relationships and communicate client agendas to staff.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and revenues and report to clients.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts and collaborate with the sales team.
• Provide status reports on accounts and coordinate with stakeholders on initiatives.
